From this visit we try to evaluate the overall pool functionality and give recommendations to the customer to increase the performance of the pool. If you are a new homeowner this is the perfect service for you.

We will also send a follow-up report to your email on file with pictures, notes and options from our visit.
Contractor on Retainer
$8000 a month retainer. This service includes complete 3D digital design of project. managing job start to finish including permits.
After my retainer fee client is responsible to pay the subcontractors directly.

I use true cost pricing subcontractors that do incredible work. You tell me your vision, or I have interior designers in my network as well if you need help catching a vision.
Pool inspection
This service along with our free consultation is one of the first pool services we began to offer. We love realtors! This is a perfect service for you if you are buying or selling a home. This is very similar to a general home inspection.
We evaluate all components related to the pool and send a final report which INCLUDES REPAIR ESTIMATES. Cost is $120.
Pool Remodel
Swimming pool chip out and resurface. Tile demo and installation. $8000-$20,000 depending on pool.
We have access to all major pool surface products and finishes and we have a large selection of tile to choose from.
Glass tile would be an upgrade so also an increase in price.
After market pool heater
Gas or propane. Covers the gas run up to 50’, heater, permit and installation. $7000-$12000 depending on heater of choice.
For propane heaters we can sell you a propane tank or you can hire a propane delivery company to get that set up and rent it to you.
Replace an existing pool heater
Remove the old heater and replace it with a new heater of the customer's choice. $5000-$8000 depending on market price of the heater.

Variable Speed Pool Pump
We have good, better, best options for variable speed pool pumps. Prices range from $1800-$3600.
Currently in the pool industry we are required by law to only install variable speed pumps. If you have an existing single speed pump we can replace that motor instead of installing a variable speed pump.
Pool Filters
The common pool filters are D.E., Cartridge and Sand, in that order. We have good, better, best options for pool filters. Prices range $1800-$2400.
Swimming Pool Automation
We work with every major pool manufacturer and every one of them has their own version of an automation system for your pool. If you don’t know what “automation” means, in the simplest terms an automation system allows you to control every component of your pool from your phone.
You can even tie in patio string lights and landscaping lights to these systems so your entire backyard can be controlled from your phone. Pricing ranges from $3600-$12,000 depending on what you have currently and what you want.
Pool Light
Currently we are required by law in the pool industry to replace any spa light with a low voltage LED spa light.
Pool lights can be both standard and LED. LED spa lights can be white ($950) or color change ($1000), depending on market cost.
Filter Cleaning
This is a routine maintenance item for every homeowner with a pool. For swimming pool filter cleaning services, we recommend doing this every 3-4 months so you are doing it 5-6 times a year.
The general idea is that the more that you clean it the longer the cartridges last before needing to replace, AND the cleaner your pool runs. Also, when your cartridges are clean that results in a low strain on the pool equipment because it is flowing freely though the filter. Service Price $120.
Pool Drain
This is a routine maintenance item for every homeowner with a pool. It is recommended to drain your pool every 2-3 years. This is a proactive approach to pool service.
Draining your pool routinely keeps the pool surface in the best condition and keeps the chemicals in the healthiest ranges possible for bathers.
In this service we handle everything from start to finish; drop the pump, drain the pool, handle the startup chemicals and turn on all the equipment. Service Price $350.
